Payments to the PokeWild Minecraft server are for virtual intangible, non-downloadable items with no value that are accessible on the server. The benefits of all ranks are only to be used only for the user's benefit. Anything on this store or item packages can be changed without notice. Server Admins have full discretion to withhold any items purchased and revoke any items in the server. PokeWild Minecraft server is not responsible for the loss of any items in the server for any reason. This transaction is final and there are no refunds. You agree to not chargeback, and any attempt to chargeback will result in a permanent ban and denial of access to the server. If you are banned for breaking any rules, you will not be refunded. Server Admins have full discretions of bans, and rules can be changed at any time with or without notice. There is no guarantee that you will be able to enter the server and access virtual items purchased, and if the server closes and stops operating purchases will be forfeit. You agree not to present any lawsuit or any legal challenge against the server or admins for any reason, whether or not related to a purchase.

All items are virtual and have no value.
